Turismo Social -Fundação O Seculo provides affordable accommodation, just a 20-minute drive from the Lisbon city centre. The Estoril centre is a 5-minute drive while the São Pedro do Estoril Train Station is a 5-minute walk away.
O Seculo features accommodation in twin rooms, some with a private bathroom and other with access to shared bathroom facilities. The rooms at the property were all decorated by a team of 17 designers and artists who dedicated themselves to customizing each room. The units feature a balcony, patio and cable TV.
Guests are welcome to try traditional Portuguese meals in the Seculo’s in-house restaurant. Breakfast is included in the room rate and served each morning in the dining area.
The property has direct beach access, where guests might enjoy swimming, windsurfing, surfing or just relaxing and lounging in the sun. The scenic town of Sintra is 10 km away and features a variety of national landmarks, such as the Pena National Palace and the Capuchos Convent. The Estoril Casino is a 5-minute drive away and features gambling opportunities and regular live entertainment shows.
The Lisbon International Airport is a 25-minute drive away from the property.

We wanted to like this hostel. It has such a great concept. The location has great access to the beach, but unfortunately everything else was terrible. The bathrooms on the same level as our rooms were mostly out of order, or out of toilet paper and had no hot water. There was another bathroom on the bottom floor very far away from the rooms. The beds were horrible spring mattresses and the rooms were so noisy. Breakfast was stale cereal. We left a night early.

This hostel is brilliant :-) first of all when you stay here you are helping a that helps from backgrounds etc and you can see where the money goes:-) the place is a hub of caring and sharing:-) the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful right down to the security guards on the gates:-) the rooms are very clean and comfortable :-) and there is a great balcony overlooking the ocean :-) great breakfast and you can purchase meals at great prices,I will be back:-)

Its strange. some staff were friendly,some were rude. we had no safe in the room.
location was amazing, some good restaurants close by, public transport a few hundred meters away, the beach is right infront! we had an amazing shared balcony overlooking the beach. we had clean beds but the floor and bathrooms were dirty. it felt weird to stay there with small kids around. we booked a doublebed, but got 2 singles. we asked to change but was told they have no rooms with a double bed.
