We are located in the heart of the center of Puno, 2 minutes from main Plaza.

Very simple breakfast. Stayed there for two days and no pancakes to see. A little disappointing as it was said that they should have it. Simple rooms. The bed was not comfortable. Very cold in the room. Hot shower. Nice staff, but not everyone spoke English so that there were misunderstandings when we were going to book bus tickets.

... was as good as the other reviews say and the staff are excepionally helpful and friendly. their jayaking tour to the islands is 10/10 also! would stay again.
