Topchan was a great place for the price! It felt safe with the front door lock, lockers and locks on the bathrooms and showers. The location is not centralized but it Tashkent is super cheap to get around. The staff was kind, warm, and professional. It was clean and had good vibes all around. The included breakfast is delicious!
